Trey Pirkey is a Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified as a Family Practitioner
and registered in the great state of Texas. He provides total primary care
diagnosing, treating, educating, and prescribing medications for patients with
acute and chronic illness. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with his
Doctor of Nursing Practice. He did his undergraduate work at Texas A&M
University School of Nursing. Trey also works in the Emergency Department
at CHRISTUS St. Michael in Texarkana, TX.

On a more personal level, Trey grew up in De Kalb, Texas and graduated from Mesquite, Texas. He is married to his wife Becky of 16 years and has 4 children. They have been members of First Baptist Church on Moores Lane in Texarkana, TX since 2008. Trey enjoys going to church, spending time with his family ,Jiu Jitsu, and running.
